Who Qualifies For The Energy Company Obligation?

There are 2 main ways where someone may qualify for ECO:

1. Homeowners who are in receipt of a qualifying benefit – please note that grant amounts are based on Life Time Savings (LTS) and therefore to maximise the grant available we will look to add additional energy saving measures such as Loft, underfloor or cavity wall insulation if applicable.
2. Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA FLEX) – We have agreements with local authorities throughout the UK where we can access the ECO scheme but with much wider eligibility. In these cases homeowners may qualify without being in receipt of any benefits.
